RiGG dispenses payments on a weekly basis however, hosts have the option to opt for same day payment if they like.

To sign up as a driver, you must create an account using our RiGG mobile application. Upon account creation, please follow prompts to complete application process.

Once keys are handed over, you are covered by a third-party automobile insurance carrier; your personal insurance covers you prior to vehicle entry.

There is a 15% cancellation fee administered to all transactions canceled with more than 24 hours left til booking. A partial refund will be issued for cancellations administered with less than 24 hours left til booking.

Drivers are expected to return vehicles in the same condition it was given. If not, driver will be assessed a mandatory cleaning fee to remedy the issue.
